Business Development Manager

Looking ahead to 2025, our vision is to expand to 2,400 pharmacies and enhance medical treatment services by digitizing them. We aim to develop user-friendly applications that enable online interaction with doctors for consultations and prescription services at our pharmacies.

Job Description

  • Research and identify potential franchisees for the franchise pharmacy model
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential franchisees to present the franchise opportunity and answer any questions
  • Follow up with potential franchisees to continue the discussion and provide additional information as requested
  • Prepare and present franchise agreement proposals to potential franchisees
  • Secure franchise agreements from potential franchisees
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as Legal, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure a smooth franchise onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate records of franchise sales activities and progress
  • Attend trade shows and other events to network and generate leads for franchise sales
  • Create specific customer programs to drive customer choice
  • Monitor sales progress real-time and identify appropriate selling strategy/process and deliver options in order to increase reach
  • Review 3rd party partner plan and develop new partnerships to strengthen overall market coverage and channel development, or replace non-performing ones
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with Manager and team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Manage 3rd Party Agency performance to hit new sales target
  • Hire and train new Business Development staff


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field
  • Pharmacy background is a plus
  • Good English communication
  • At least 2 years experience in sales or Franchise sales preferred
  • Field sales operation experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees.
  • Familiarity with the pharmacy industry and franchise business models is a plus.
